In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pph8 website accessible at pph8.club, including all associated mobile browser interfaces, game lobbies, account management portals, and support systems operated by pph8.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the pph8 platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso-denominated virtual balance held within a player's pph8 Account, comprising real funds, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited by pph8 to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which pph8 confirms a player's identity through government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus credits before those credits become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Eligible Game" means any game available on the pph8 platform that qualifies for wagering requirement contributions, as specified in individual promotion terms.

By registering an account on the pph8 platform, accessing the platform as a guest, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is confirmed by each of the following acts, individually or collectively:

• Checking the acceptance checkbox during the pph8 account registration process;
• Logging in to your pph8 Account after these Terms have been updated;
• Depositing funds into your pph8 Wallet;
• Placing any bet or wager through the pph8 platform.

If you are accessing the pph8 platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you do so on their behalf.

To access the full functionality of the pph8 platform, including making deposits and withdrawals, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pph8 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to keep this information current.
• KYC Verification: pph8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Verification typically requires a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pph8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pph8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

pph8 actively verifies player age through the KYC process. Where pph8 reasonably suspects that a player is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation. If age verification confirms that the player was underage at any time during their use of the platform, all winnings will be forfeited and deposits may be returned subject to applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.

If you are aware that a person under the age of 21 is using or attempting to use the pph8 platform — including through your account — you are obligated to notify the pph8 support team immediately via live chat.

The pph8 platform is directed at residents of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that your use of the pph8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or maintain a pph8 account.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward pph8 staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures or technical limitations;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the pph8 platform.

All deposits to the pph8 Wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pph8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at pph8 is ₱100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for bank transfers; GCash and PayMaya limits are subject to the limits imposed by those respective services.
• Deposit Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your pph8 Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within one to three business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the sending financial institution.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. pph8 reserves the right to reject and return deposits from third-party sources. Repeated attempts to deposit via third-party accounts may result in account suspension.
• Currency: All pph8 transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. No foreign currency conversion is applied. Players depositing from foreign-issued accounts bear any conversion costs imposed by their own financial institution.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified pph8 account holders at any time. The following conditions govern all withdrawal transactions:

• KYC Requirement: A player must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high platform volume or during Philippine public holidays.
• Destination Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pph8 account. pph8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant requirements have been fully satisfied. The pph8 account dashboard displays the current wagering requirement status for all active bonus credits.
• Right to Verify: pph8 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is large, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where anti-money laundering obligations require enhanced due diligence.

pph8 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games at pph8 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value; live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are removed from the player's wallet without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless pph8 explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus has an unsatisfied wagering requirement may affect the earlier bonus.
• Abuse & Misuse: pph8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion with other players. pph8's determination of abuse is final.

All games available on the pph8 platform are governed by their individual game rules as published within the game interface. The following general conditions apply to all wagering activity on the pph8 platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pph8 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets at pph8. These limits are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition concerned. pph8's interpretation of match results and market settlements is final.
• pph8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has been placed in error, where the odds or game parameters were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, or where the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pph8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with pph8 games or the betting interface;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract guaranteed profits from the pph8 platform;
• Conducting financial transactions through pph8 for purposes other than legitimate gaming, including any activity that could constitute money laundering under Philippine law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the pph8 platform or its games;
• Creating or using a pph8 account on behalf of a third party, or selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of a pph8 account.

pph8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited activity as described in Section 10;
• Where the account holder has provided false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process;
• Where an account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to pph8;
• Where an account holder has self-excluded from the pph8 platform and subsequently attempts to circumvent the self-exclusion;
• Where required by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.

Upon permanent account closure, pph8 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and wagering-requirement-restricted funds) to the account holder's verified Philippine payment method, subject to any applicable regulatory holds or investigation periods.

pph8 offers the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the player dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase request is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session time limits after which they will be logged out of the pph8 platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders showing elapsed session time and net gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the pph8 platform. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and all marketing communications will be suppressed. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph8 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the pph8 platform, even if pph8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service interruptions that affect access to the pph8 platform;
• The consequences of a player's own choices, including decisions to wager amounts beyond their financial means;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, or any bank) that result in delayed or failed transactions.

pph8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pph8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

All content on the pph8 platform — including but not limited to the pph8 logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pph8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pph8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any pph8 platform content without prior written authorization from pph8. Unauthorized use of pph8 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

pph8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, pph8 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform dashboard. However, pph8 is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor clarifications or for changes required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Continued use of the pph8 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not wish to be bound by amended Terms should discontinue use of the pph8 platform and request account closure, at which point any verified real-money balance will be returned as described in Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the pph8 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and pph8 relating to these Terms or the operation of the pph8 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding the conduct of pph8 should first contact the pph8 support team at the contact details in Section 17. pph8 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.
