Privacy Policy

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, pph8 acts as the personal information controller for all data collected through the pph8 platform. pph8 determines the purposes and means of processing personal data received from players, registered users, and platform visitors.

Where pph8 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — including payment processors, game providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platforms — those parties act as personal information processors under pph8's instructions and are bound by data processing agreements that obligate them to maintain standards equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy.

Contact information for pph8's Data Protection Officer (DPO) is provided in Section 16 of this Privacy Policy.

In this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Personal Data" means any information from which the identity of an individual can be reasonably and directly ascertained, or when put together with other information, would directly and certainly identify an individual, as defined under RA 10173.
• "Sensitive Personal Information" means personal data about an individual's race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, and religious, philosophical or political affiliations, or personal data about health, education, genetic or sexual life, or to any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged, as defined under RA 10173.
• "Processing" means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure, or destruction of data.
• "Platform" means the pph8 website at pph8.club and all associated pages, account interfaces, game lobbies, and support systems.
• "NPC" means the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

pph8 collects personal data in the following categories, limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in Section 6:

pph8 does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173 beyond what is strictly required for age verification and identity confirmation under applicable gaming regulations.

pph8 collects personal data through the following means:

• Directly from you: When you complete the pph8 account registration form, submit KYC verification documents, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact the support team, or respond to promotions.
• Automatically: Through cookies, session logs, and analytics tools when you browse the pph8 platform. This includes technical data such as your IP address, device type, and pages visited. See Section 10 for full details on cookies.
• From third-party payment providers: When you initiate a deposit via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank, the relevant provider shares transaction confirmation data with pph8 for wallet reconciliation purposes. pph8 does not receive your full bank credentials or GCash PIN from these providers.
• From identity verification services: Where pph8 uses a third-party KYC provider to verify government ID documents, that provider may share the result of the verification check (verified or not verified) and the document type used, but pph8 does not retain copies of government ID images beyond the retention period specified in Section 9.

Under RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules, pph8 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing your identity data, contact data, financial data, and gaming data is necessary to perform the contract between pph8 and you as a registered player — specifically, to operate your account, process transactions, settle wagers, and provide customer support.
• Legal Obligation: Processing your identity data for KYC and age verification purposes is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws. Retention of transaction records is required under relevant financial regulations.
• Legitimate Interest: Processing technical data for platform security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring is based on pph8's legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. This processing does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing your data for marketing communications (SMS, email) is based on your explicit consent given during account registration or through your account communication preferences. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 14.

pph8 uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:

• To create, operate, and maintain your pph8 account, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and wagers;
• To verify your identity and age in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations — players must be 21 years of age or older;
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other prohibited activities on the pph8 platform;
• To provide customer support and respond to queries, complaints, and dispute resolution requests;
• To administer the pph8 VIP Loyalty Program, including tracking tier status and communicating tier-based rewards;
• To monitor gaming activity for responsible gaming purposes, including identifying at-risk behavior and applying self-exclusion or deposit limit settings as requested by players;
• To send promotional communications about pph8 offers, new game launches, and bonuses — subject to your communication preferences and consent;
• To improve the pph8 platform through analysis of aggregated, anonymized usage data;
• To comply with all applicable Philippine legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting requirements to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where mandated.

pph8 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: We share financial data with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Game Providers: We share a pseudonymized player identifier and currency balance with our licensed game providers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others) to facilitate game sessions. We do not share your name, contact details, or government ID data with game providers.
• KYC Verification Service: Where a third-party KYC provider is used, we share identity documents submitted by you to enable verification. This provider acts as a personal information processor under pph8's instructions.
• Regulatory Authorities: pph8 is required by Philippine law to share certain player data with PAGCOR and the AMLC upon request or as part of mandatory reporting obligations. pph8 will comply with lawful requests from competent authorities.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Platform data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Providers access data only as necessary to maintain platform operation and are contractually bound to pph8's data protection standards.
• Legal Proceedings: Where required by a valid court order or lawful legal process under Philippine law, pph8 may disclose personal data to the requesting party.

Some of the third-party service providers engaged by pph8 — including game software providers and cloud infrastructure providers — may operate servers or processing facilities outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country other than the Philippines, pph8 ensures that such transfers are protected by one of the following safeguards:

• An adequacy finding by the National Privacy Commission or equivalent recognition that the recipient country provides adequate data protection;
• Binding data processing agreements that incorporate the standard contractual clauses recognized under Philippine data privacy law;
• Other appropriate safeguards recognized by the NPC under RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules.

In all cases, pph8 requires that international data recipients apply data protection standards no less protective than those provided by this Privacy Policy and Philippine law. Players who wish to obtain information about the specific safeguards applied to international transfers of their personal data may contact pph8's DPO at the contact details in Section 16.

pph8 retains personal data for the following periods, after which it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized:

Where a legal claim, regulatory investigation, or dispute is active, pph8 may retain relevant data beyond the standard retention periods until the matter is fully resolved.

pph8 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the pph8 platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the platform function correctly and allow us to understand how players use the site.

pph8 uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are required for the pph8 platform to function. They include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your pph8 account, security tokens, and load-balancing cookies. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: These remember your preferences — such as your chosen language setting, display preferences, and whether you have seen a particular notification — to provide a more personalized experience on the pph8 platform.
• Analytics Cookies: pph8 uses aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand platform usage patterns — such as which game categories are most visited and how players navigate between pages. This data is used exclusively to improve the pph8 user experience and is not linked to individual player identities.
• Security Cookies: pph8 uses cookies to support fraud detection and session integrity monitoring, including detection of account access from unusual locations or devices.

You may control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the pph8 platform, including your ability to stay logged in to your account.

Our security infrastructure includes the following measures:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pph8 platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest within pph8's database infrastructure;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all pph8 account holders — strongly recommended for all players;
• Login anomaly detection that alerts players to access attempts from new or unusual devices or locations;
• Role-based access controls that restrict pph8 staff access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of the pph8 platform infrastructure;
• Staff training on data protection and information security obligations.

While pph8 takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no internet transmission or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pph8 login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact the pph8 support team immediately via live chat.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by pph8:

To exercise any of the above rights, contact pph8's DPO at the details in Section 16. pph8 will respond to verified data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or pph8 receives a high volume of requests, the response period may be extended by a further 30 days, with notice provided to the requester.

pph8 may request proof of identity before processing a data rights request, to protect against unauthorized requests for access to another person's data. This verification requirement is not intended to create barriers to exercising your rights.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor may be using the pph8 platform, or who believe that pph8 has inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, should contact pph8 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pph8 takes all such reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

With your consent, pph8 may send you marketing communications about promotions, new games, bonuses, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or email to your registered address. Your consent to marketing communications is collected during account registration and can be updated at any time from your pph8 account settings.

To unsubscribe from pph8 marketing communications:

• Via Account Settings: Log in to your pph8 account, navigate to Settings → Communication Preferences, and update your preferences. Changes take effect within 24 hours.
• Via Support: Contact the pph8 live chat team and request removal from marketing lists. This will be actioned within 24 hours.
• Via SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any pph8 marketing SMS to unsubscribe from SMS marketing immediately.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications — pph8 will continue to send you account-related messages such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and responsible gaming messages, as these are necessary for the operation of your account and are not marketing in nature.

pph8 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in Philippine data privacy law, or changes required by the National Privacy Commission. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where a change to this Privacy Policy is material — meaning it significantly affects the way we collect or use your personal data, or significantly affects your rights — pph8 will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the pph8 platform dashboard, at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

For minor clarifications or non-material changes, pph8 may update this Privacy Policy without advance notice. Continued use of the pph8 platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are not satisfied with pph8's response to your data privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC). Information about the NPC complaints process is available through official Philippine government channels.

This Privacy Policy was last updated in January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. The governing language of this Privacy Policy is English. In case of conflict between an English version and any translated version of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
